Chetola Resort features a sparkling display of lights each winter season. The Festival of Lights is free and open to the public, and you are invited to enjoy thousands of dazzling illuminations throughout the resort. As you drive or stroll around Chetola Lake, view glittering ice skaters, “Rudolph” reeling in a big fish, strolling carolers, and many more captivating holiday scenes. The “Festival of Lights”” opens on Friday, November 24, 2023 at dusk and remains up through Blowing Rock WinterFest- until Sunday, January 28, 2024. The display illuminates at dusk each evening.
Carriage Rides will be available only on November 24 and November 25th.
Bring Christmas cheer to your Holiday season with a carriage ride around the Lake, visit Santa, enjoy refreshments and special Holiday activities that are included with your ticket purchase inside Chetola Resort in the Evergreen Room. There are only 72 tickets available, and they sell out quickly!
Guests with lodging reservations on November 24-25, 2023 can click the link below to purchase tickets On October 30 & 31. Tickets will be available to the public for purchase on November 2, 2023.
