Fly Fishing Cancellation Policy

For all Fly-Fishing Adventures we require 100% trip total at the time of booking.
There is no charge for trips canceled 31 days in advance and guests will receive a full refund.
If a guest decides to cancel a trip within our 30 day cancellation policy, for any reason, they
agree to forfeit 50% of trip total in order to compensate the guides lost work days. Only your
guide or the Fly Fishing Manager have the right to reschedule a trip within 30 days prior of the
trip date.

‘No Show’s’ or trips canceled 48 hours before trip date will forfeit 100% of trip total.

For refunds, we recommend purchasing Travelers or Vacation Insurance.

Please be advised that Fly Fishing Trips do not include pricing of your Fishing License or gratuity.

Casting Clinics or group activities performed at Chetola Lake or on Chetola property, Do Not require
fishing licenses.

A fishing license can be purchased the day of the trip for $15-$45, depending on residency and fishing
location. Please do not purchase fishing licenses until advised by your guide to do so- Trip location
may change based on weather conditions.

Our guides are happy to accommodate our guests in various weather conditions however, we reserve
the right to cancel or reschedule trips if we deem conditions are unsafe. We do not routinely cancel trips
due to rain or snow and will provide necessary fishing equipment based on weather conditions.

Trips that cannot be rescheduled due to bad weather will receive a full refund for that day.

You are responsible for dressing for appropriate mountain weather conditions, bring a raincoat
and eyeglasses/sunglasses for eye protection. We do have a fly shop on property.

Chetola does not provide transportation, all participants are expected to have their own means of
transportation to and from the predetermined fishing location. We can provide van rental pricing for
groups.

All full day trips (8 hours) include a complimentary Deli Lunch at no additional cost.
Refreshments will be provided but you are also encouraged to bring and snacks, drinks, and
prescriptions that you will need during your outing.

In-door Restrooms are not guaranteed during your trip. If you require special conditions, or if our
guides need to be aware of any needs please let us know as soon as you are able so that we can make
proper arrangements for your trip.

Handiaccessable options are available and encouraged. Please let us know when booking your trip if
anyone in your party will be bringing any medical equipment or need extra assistance. Ex. Chairs, easy water access, wheelchairs, braces, prosthetic appendages, PTSD, hip replacements, Rotator Cuff replacement or any other issues including mental health, that we need to be aware of.

Only anglers are charged for fishing. Friends, family, and group members that are associated with the
party and Do Not want to fish, are more than welcome to come and watch! Please be advised that we
will have to charge the full trip price if that person decides to fish during any portion of the guided trip.
