The Orchard at Altapass (Spruce Pine, NC)

Perry Lowe Orchards (Moravian Falls, NC)
Perry Lowe Orchards is a sixth-generation apple orchard located about an hour from Chetola Resort in Moravian Falls, North Carolina. On their 100-acre orchard, they grow 30 different varieties of delicious apples for eating, cooking, and preserving. Perry Lowe Orchards offers U-pick tours on weekends, apples, apple cider (including special variety blends), local produce, and more!

Apple Hill Orchard & Cider Mill (Morganton, NC)
Apple Hill Orchard & Cider Mill is a fifth-generation apple orchard located about an hour from Chetola Resort in Morganton, North Carolina. At Apple Hill Orchard they offer 20 varieties of apples (18 of which are U-pick), a flower field (you can pay to pick flowers as well), and a market with a bakery that sells honey, jams, fruit butters, and a variety of baked goods like scratch-made apple donuts, fried pies, apple bread, apple cakes, and more!
